Meet Phillip Tembo, the driving force behind Stone Peak Trading. A fourth-generation commodities trader, Phil grew up surrounded by the rhythm of trade and farming. Over the years, he’s spent more than a decade working to reshape the grain trading space in Zambia, bringing a mix of old-school values and modern business thinking.His background goes beyond grains. Phil has been involved in farming, bulk fuel distribution, transport and logistics, heavy machinery, real estate development, and even conservation. That mix of experience gives him a clear view of how everything connects, from the soil to the global market and why supporting local farmers matters.He started Stone Peak Trading with one goal in mind: to build a company that delivers quality products and honest service, while creating real opportunities for people on the ground.For Phil, business is personal.
